An international chemical manufacturer based in Germany, PCC SE is the parent company to European subsidiaries PCC Exol SA and PCC Rokita SA.
PCC Exol SA is one of the most advanced producers of surface-active agents (surfactants) in Central and Eastern Europe, and the only manufacturer in Poland. The Group subsidiary offers over 200 products, both for domestic use and for industrial applications. Surfactants can be used in the manufacture of household cleaners, metalworking fluids and lubricants, laundry detergents and personal care products, due to their exceptionally multifunctional nature.
PCC Rokita SA is Eastern Europe's most important and Poland's only producer of polyether polyols for the production of PU foams, a segment with clearly-growing sales fields. Their polyols are the basis for both soft and hard foams and also for CASE applications (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers). Additionally, PCC Rokita offer a variety of surfactants for metalworking fluids and lubricants.
ROKAmer®
The ROKAmer® product line represents a group of non-ionic surfactants of the EO/PO block copolymers. Most of the ROKAmer® products are block copolymers in which the central polypropylene glycol group is flanked by two polyethylene glycol groups. Block copolymers are multipurpose products used in a variety of applications where antifoaming, dispersing and wetting properties are needed. Applications include detergents, I&I applications, rinse aids, hard surface cleaners, metal cleaners paints and coatings, water treatment and others.
ROKAnol® series
The ROKAnol® range is comprised of a wide variety of non-ionic surfactants that are ethylene and propylene oxide adducts to various types of alcohols.
Rokolub®
Rokolub® series synthetic base stocks produced by the PCC Group are high-performance lubricants based on Polyalkylene glycols (PAG), which provide excellent lubrication for gears, bearings and circulation lubrication systems which work at temperatures mineral oils are unable to cope with. They are resistant to shear, highly resistant to thermal degradation, oxidation and the formation of sludge and deposits. Rokolub® oil bases have the very high Viscosity Index of >180, do not contain paraffins and have the very low pour point. Their use is recommended for use in the manufacture of plastics, bearings for paper machines, compressors and gears.
Rokopol® Polyether Polyols
The Rokopol® range consists of various polyether polyols used in a variety of applications including elastomer systems, adhesives, coatings, rigid foam, PUR systems and product of OCF foams, production of hydraulic fluids and many more.
