Anionic Surfactant. High range, liquid sodium salt of naphthalene sulphonate (40% solid). Acts as a water reducing surfactant, used alongside many admixtures such as air entraining or water retention agents. Improves concrete workability and compressive strength by reducing the water demand of a concrete mix.

Specialty defoamer for use in conjunction with PCE superplasticiser for concrete. Forms a clear isotropic solution with a long shelf life when mixed with PCE, eliminating the need for separate storage tanks when using many conventional defoamers. Recommended use: 5-10% based on the active weight of PCE superplasticiser.

Metal chelating agent. Aqueous solution of [S,S] Ethylenediamine-N,N'disuccinic acid (EDDS), strong chelating properties mean that it finds use as an excellent rust remover.
