Teflon™ PTFE
Products made with Chemours™ Teflon™ fluoropolymer resins have exceptional resistance to high temperatures, chemical reaction, corrosion and stress-cracking. The mechanical toughness, electrical, and low-friction properties of Teflon™ make it the preferred plastic for many applications and processing techniques.
Tefzel™ ETFE
Tefzel™ ETFE products contain a range of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene copolymers (modified and unmodified) which have applications in products where general thermoplastics are lacking in mechanical properties. Products processed with Tefzel™ ETFE resins provide improved resistance characteristics often associated with fluoropolymers, along with improved mechanical properties such as abrasion resistance and impact strength.
Unilink® and Clearlink®
Dorf Ketal Unilink® and Clearlink® aromatic diamines have been developed for use as chain extenders for polyurethane elastomers. Some of the Unilink® range can be used as mercury replacement catalysts.
UNITHOX ™ Ethoxylates
UNITHOX ™ Ethoxylates are nonionic emulsifiers and wetting agents with high molecular weights and melting points. These are fully saturated, long chain, linear, C20 to C50 synthetic alcohol ethoxylates. As a result, they can disperse higher molecular weight polyethylene, polyolefin, paraffin waxes and serve many applications including paints, coatings, inks, plastic, and agriculture.
