Rokopol® Polyether Polyols

Rokopol® G441 is a glycerine-based polyether polyol (polyoxyalkylene triol) in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by low content of sodium and potassium. The product has a hydroxyl value at 25 ° C in the range 330-360 mgKOH / g and has a dynamic viscosity of 250-310 mPas.

Rokopol® D2002 is a diol, propoxylated with a general use glycol propylene glycol, used for production of adhesives and other polyurethane materials in reaction with isocyanate. The product has a form of homogenous, clear liquid containing BHT free antioxidants. It maintains low viscosity of ca. 320 mPas w 25°C with high functionality of f~2 and hydroxyl value of 53 - 59mgKOH/g.

Rokopol® D1002 is a diol, propoxylated with a general use glycol propylene glycol, used for production of adhesives and other polyurethane materials in reaction with isocyanate. The product has a form of homogenous, clear liquid containing BHT free antioxidants. It maintains low viscosity of ca. 140 mPas at 25°C, with high functionality of f~2 and high hydroxyl value of 108 - 116mgKOH/g.

Rokopol® LDB8000D is a special purpose high molecular weight diol (PPG) used for production of siliconized polyetherols. The product has a form of a homogenous, clear liquid, containing BHT free antioxidants. It maintains low viscosity of ca. 2300 - 3000mPas at 25°C, with high functionality of f~2, and the hydroxyl value of 13 - 15mgKOH/g.

Rokopol LDB4000D is a specialized high molecular weight diol (PPG), used for the production of 1K and 2K adhesives and other polyurethane materials in reaction with isocyanate. The product is in the form of a homogeneous clear liquid containing antioxidants (excluding BHT). It retains viscosity about 1000-1400 mPas at 25°C with high functionality f ~ 2 and hydroxyl value 26-29 mgKOH / g.

Rokopol® LDB2000D is a diol, propoxylated propylene glycol of general use. It is used for the production of 1K and 2K adhesives and other polyurethane materials in reaction with isocyanate.The product is in the form of a homogeneous clear liquid containing antioxidants (excluding BHT). It retains viscosity around 280-400 mPas at 25°C with a functionality of f~2 and a high hydroxyl value of 53-59 mgKOH / g.

Rokopol® LDB12000D is a specialized high molecular weight diol (PPG) used for the production of silylated polyetherols. The product is a homogeneous clear liquid containing antioxidants (excluding BHT). It maintains low viscosity of about 4000-8000 mPas at 25 ° C, with high functionality f~ 2 and high hydroxyl value 9-11 mgKOH / g.

Rokopol® G700 is a glycerine-based polyether polyol (polyoxyalkylene triol) in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by low content of sodium and potassium. The product has a hydroxyl value at 25 ° C in the range of 225-250 mgKOH / g and has a dynamic viscosity of 220-270 mPas.

Rokopol® F3600 is a polyether polyol, glycerine-based block copolymer on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. The product is in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by high purity and low emission. It has a hydroxyl value at 25°C in the range of 45-50 mg KOH / g and has a dynamic viscosity in the range of 540-620 mPas.

Rokopol® F3000 is a polyether polyol manufactured in the KOH technology. The product has a form of homogenous, clear liquid. The product contains BHT free antioxidants and is marked by high purity and low emission. The product hydroxyl value is in the range of 53 - 59 mg KOH/g with dynamic viscosity of 460 – 520 mPas at the temperature of 25°C.

Rokopol® D450 is a diol, propoxylated propylene glycol of general application. It is used for the production of adhesives, rigid foams and other polyurethane materials in reaction with isocyanate. The product is in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid containing antioxidants (without BHT). It maintains dynamic viscosity within the range 60-80 mPas at 25°C with high functionality f~2 and hydroxyl value within the range 230-270 mgKOH/g.

Rokopol® DE4020 is a specialized reactive diol used for the production of 1K and 2K adhesives, sealants and elastomers, as well as other polyurethane materials in reaction with isocyanate. The product is in a form of a liquid containing antioxidants (without BHT), which is free of impurities, and may be opalescent. It maintains dynamic viscosity within the range 700-900 mPas at 25°C with high functionality (f~2) and hydroxyl value within the range 27-31 mgKOH/g.

Rokopol M6010® is a polyether polyol manufactured in the KOH technology. The product has a form of transparent, clear liquid, possibly opalescent. The product contains BHT free antioxidants and is marked by high purity and low emission. The product hydroxyl value is in the range of 27-29 mg KOH/g with dynamic viscosity of 1050 – 1250 mPas at the temperature of 25°C.

Rokopol® M6000 is a polyether polyol manufactured in the KOH technology. The product has a form of homogenous, clear liquid. The product contains BHT free antioxidants and is marked by high purity and low emission. The product hydroxyl value is in the range of 27 - 29 mg KOH/g with dynamic viscosity of 1050 – 1250 mPas at the temperature of 25°C.

Rokopol® M5020 is a polyether polyol produced in KOH technology. The product is in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by high purity and low emission. The product has a hydroxyl value at 25 ° C in the range of 33-38 mg KOH / g and has a dynamic viscosity of 700 -1000 mPas.

Rokopol® M5000 is a polyether polyol produced in KOH technology. The product is in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by high purity and low emission. The product has a hydroxyl value at 25 ° C in the range of 35-37 mgKOH / g and has a dynamic viscosity of 700-900 mPas.
