How to implement dry brushing into your routine:
Start by working in soft circular motions from the soles of your feet and working your way up your calves. Massage the skin in long, upwards strokes to ensure that you’re working in the natural direction of your lymph system. Make sure to use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin and harder pressure on thicker skin, like the soles of your feet. Once you have finished your brushing routine you can clean the skin whilst protecting microbiome using our Body Whip. To rehydrate the freshly exfoliated skin as soon as possible, we recommend our Rinse & Replenish In-shower crème.
