For the majority of products we offer, we are only able to supply to UK customers. If you are based outside of the UK, please contact the product manufacturer directly.

As a distributor, we are limited to standard pack sizes as supplied by the manufacturer. We do not break down packs into smaller quantities.

We do not offer manufacturing services, but we have links with reputable contract manufacturers in the UK and would be happy to make a recommendation.

We do not offer a cosmetic formulation service, but we do have close links with formulating consultants and would be happy to make a recommendation.

For your first order with Alfa Chemicals, we will ask you to pay a proforma invoice before materials can be ordered in for you. For future orders, we can discuss setting you up with a credit account, subject to a successful credit check.

We are happy to provide free of charge samples to formulators on request. We keep on-site stock of samples of our most popular cosmetics materials, so that they can be sent out same or next day. For more unusual or bespoke materials, our suppliers will endeavour to supply samples as quickly as possible. Extra large samples for scale-up trials may be available at our discretion.

We aim to keep our lead times short by stocking many of our most popular materials at our UK warehouses. Please ask for a specific lead time when requesting a price, so that we can advise on current availability.
