Forestwise was originally founded in the Netherlands in 2018 but have their own production site in Sintang, West Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Forestwise utilise the abundant bounty of the rainforests of Indonesia, creating high value wild-harvested ingredients for the cosmetic and food industry, whilst respecting and maintaining the natural environment that produces them and generating local employment.

Their mission is to #StopDeforestation and create #RainforestValue. Forestwise does this by producing Rainforest ingredients, creating more value for forest communities while increasing the value of the forest as a natural resource, and providing genuinely sustainable alternatives for consumers around the world. Their product offerings include a range of natural butters and oils which contain key fatty acids and have excellent moisturising, structural, and emollient properties.
