1. Combine Phase A, disperse Polyquaternium-10 with mixing. Mix until fully hydrated.
2. Add Phase B one at a time. Heat to 80-85oC.
3. Once Phase B reaches temperature, add Phase C to the batch and maintain 80-85oC until everything melted and is uniform.
4. Cool batch to 35-40oC.
5. Premix Phase D and add to batch.
6. Add Phase E and Phase F one at a time.
