VipyClar™ will clarify and stabilize without damaging the product, unlike some other fining agents VipyClar™ PVPP does not require any additional ‘allergen’ statements on your finished product.
Q: Does PVPP dissolve in the wine?
A: The PVPP contained in VipyClar™ Wine is completely insoluble in wine.
Q: How do we remove the VipyClar™?
A: It is easily separable from your wine by filtration or sedimentation, at any stage of the fining process prior to filtration.
Q: Will VipyClar™ for Wine react with anything else added during production?
A: VipyClar™ is compatible with all products and agents normally used in wine processing.
Q: Will VipyClar™ react with the wine?
A: VipyClar™ has a physical mode of action, meaning it does not react in any way with wine constituents, even after prolonged contact VipyClar™ for Wine has no contraindication to your product.
